Solidarity eXchange Launches a New Web Site for Young Labor and Sweatfree Activists

YouTube video:

Solidarity eXhange is a grassroots effort to identify, train and support a new generation of Sweatfree sales people. It is an exciting opportunity for young labor activists who want to bring a new generation to buying sweatfree, USA made and union made apparel and other items. Below is a letter from SX that I am posting in full for anyone who is interested in participating. Also, the video with the story explains in detail how this program works -- you should definitely check it out.

Those of you familiar with us knew this day would come.  For eight years we have been developing what we hope will be a great contribution to the Sweatfree movement.  Please join us in celebrating the launch of www.SolidarityeXchange.com.  Solidarity eXchange (SX) is a grassroots effort to identify, train and support a new generation of Sweatfree sales people.

The modern Sweatfree movement has strengthened public policy, swayed brands, and inspired a generation of activists. Sweatshops, however, are still pervasive despite strong public awareness about the problem. It’s time for an innovative step: a sales model that presents a solution to the status quo. SX provides an opportunity for activists to become Sweatfree salespeople, reaching out into their communities to impact the purchasing decisions that take place every day, in every city across the country.

SX has the potential to ensure that buyers everywhere have access to realistic, ethical options: Union Made, Fair Trade, Locally Made, and Eco-Friendly. Please help us spread the word about this program and identify students, activists, and everyday citizens to learn and earn with Ethix.

Please don't hesitate to call or email if you would like a personal introduction to the program or if you have any questions about our offer.
