Labor analyst Stanley Aronowitz calls for some very unorthodox (in the U.S.) strategies for re-invigorating the labor movement to fight wage stagnation which has lasted a generation and the current labor and economic crisis. In the tradition of May Day & European unions he calls for cutting the length of the workday, redistribution of wealth, mass mobilization of workers for civil disobedience and not placing all our eggs in he baskets of political parties.
