AN ACT

To prevent homegrown terrorism, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the `Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007'.

This is my campaign flyer, which I begin distributing on Monday. It is self-explanatory, I hope. Our bargaining unit is a small unit (125) in a much larger, "federated" Local of about 9000 members (Teamsters 214). We are school bus drivers and monitors.

California produces more than half of the nations' home-grown food supply. Yet, these people are hungry. Along the railroad tracks and nearby Route 10, trucks and trains carry goods from the ports of LA County, the busiest ports in the nation. But these people, with virtually nothing, can only watch as America's trinkets pass them by.

Gary Puleio was killed on the job 6 years ago due to hazardous working conditions and OSHA accepted the most implausible of excuses to allow the company to accept NO WRONGDOING for this death.
