Tell Xerox To Bargain a Fair Contract

Earlier this month, Xerox managers called 14 workers in one by one and fired them with no notice.  Xerox did it because workers had stood up at their desks while working for 60 seconds to send a message to management.

In response to these illegal firings, CWA and union activists mobilized in protest.  Xerox was forced to bring back the fired E-ZPass workers.

Xerox CEO Ursula Burns is trying to spin this union victory now, by claiming that the 14 fired workers were going to be re-hired all along. In an email message, CEO Burns claims that workers were let go because of "technological advancements" and were "extended an opportunity for other positions."

The fact is, Ursula Burns is changing her story because of the action you took to support the fired workers.

Send her one more email detailing your outrage at the misinformation and tell her once again that these workers deserve a fair contract now.
