So, I discovered recently that the workers at Eight O'Clock coffee are union. Teamsters, in fact (I'm a Teamster, as well).

I'm a coffee snob. Rather, an addict with overactive tastebuds. I usually buy from local roasters in my area--fresh, hommade style. But Eight O'Clock is actually decent, despite the fact tha tit's mass produced. I save anywhere from two cents to two dollars (and up) per pound and still get decent flavor and all the caffiene I love.
